Catherine Porter – President
Catherine Porter shows her love for the Bloomington Normal community by her active involvement in a variety of organizations. She has been honored to serve as a member of the Child Protection Network since July 2016. She is also a member of the W.D. Boyce Council, BSA board, and volunteers annually at the local chapter of the American Red Cross. She is an active member of the Bloomington Sunrise Rotary and has participated in a Habitat for Humanity of McLean County – Women Build house project. Catherine is a student of life and leadership and was a member of the 2015-2016 McLean County Chamber of Commerce Leadership of McLean County. Catherine is a 2021 YWCA Women of Distinction Award recipient.
Catherine Porter is the Executive Director of the Center for Integrated Wellness in Bloomington. She oversees a medical fitness wellness center, as well as, a sports performance facility that is physically integrated with an independent orthopedic practice. Catherine is a true believer that exercise can be used as medicine and empowering others to take charge of their state of health and wellness. Catherine has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree from Benedictine University in Exercise Physiology.
