Dr. Elaine Carroll

Dr. Elaine Carroll is a native Chicagoan. She relocated to Bloomington in 2019 to bring Maternal Fetal Medicine services (high risk obstetrics) to OSF St. Joseph’s Medical Center. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and Rush Medical College in Chicago. She did her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Iowa and her fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood. In addition to her practice, she is currently a graduate student at Loyola pursuing a Master’s degree in Bioethics.

Traveling is one of her favorite activities, especially to Disney World. Her most exotic travel to date was a cruise down the Nile. She is an avid reader of mystery novels. She enjoys her involvement on the CPN Board and getting to know both the Board members and the Bloomington Normal community.
