Teri is an active mom and a dedicated community advocate. Bloomington is her hometown where she has made a special impact on area kids. She graduated from BHS in 1980 and continued her education at ISU. Teri is married to McLean County Sheriff Jon Sandage, where she has seen firsthand the complications that accompany our community. She provides valuable truth to The Child Protection Network and helps to bridge the gaps between law enforcement and the general public.

In her spare time, she is busy supporting her kids in their collegiate sports and programs. Her kind heart, generous nature, and tenacious spirit not only guide her personal life but her volunteerism too.
